We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining API and event processing solutions using Node.js and a graph database to support our real-time customer data services.
Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a focus on API development and event processing.
- Proficiency in Node.js and experience with frameworks such as gremlin.
- Experience with graph databases such as Amazon Neptune or neo4j.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure provisioning tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Understanding of event-driven architecture and experience with event processing systems.
