Job Summary:
The Program / Project Manager leads customer-facing service delivery programs from pre-sales transition through deployment, commercial acceptance, and operational handoff. This role blends disciplined project management with program-level ownership across Customer IT, Customer Business Units, partners, Sales, Services, R&D, Product Management, Operations, and Support.
The ideal candidate can manage detailed plans while also owning cross-functional dependencies, critical path, customer readiness, risk management, executive escalation, and customer acceptance. Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required.
Responsibilities:
• Create and manage customer deployment plans, scopes of work, schedules, owners, dependencies, risks, and
acceptance milestones.
• Drive customer readiness, set expectations, manage operational delivery activity, and communicate status internally
and externally.
• Coordinate internal and external teams, including Customer IT, Customer Business Units, Internal Sales, R&D,
Product Management, Support, Operations, and Services Deployment teams.
• Track critical path, identify risks early, and escalate dependencies, resource conflicts, scope gaps, defects, and
customer decisions before dates are missed.
• Drive commercial acceptance by clarifying acceptance criteria, required evidence, customer signoff ownership, open
blockers, and remaining obligations.
• Maintain accountability for project timelines, customer experience, profitability, lessons learned, and continuous
improvement of delivery methods.
• Adapt communication style and operating approach to each customer scenario, with the flexibility to merge into the
environment while maintaining ownership and execution discipline.
Qualifications:
• Three to five years of experience managing customer implementations, service delivery programs, or complex
technical projects in telecom, unified communications, contact center, voice, or IT environments.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
• Strong project management skills across plans, timelines, scope, owners, risks, dependencies, customer
expectations, and acceptance milestones.
• Program management mindset with the ability to connect technical delivery, commercial milestones, executive
alignment, and customer outcomes.
• Proven ability to work across Customer IT, Customer Business Units, Sales, R&D, Product Management, Support,
Operations, and Services Deployment teams.
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across business and technical
audiences.
• Flexible, accountable, resourceful, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple customer
engagements with strong attention to detail.
• BS/BA, MBA or equivalent experience. PMI, PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, ITIL, or related certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required. The role must confidently lead customer meetings,
write executive-ready status updates, manage escalations, clarify acceptance requirements, and communicate
risks across all three languages.
