We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform implementation projects for multiple clients across LATAM.
This is a client-facing consulting role requiring strong project delivery, stakeholder management, Agile execution, and budget ownership experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform implementation projects.
- Lead multiple concurrent customer engagements.
- Coordinate consulting teams, project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive project execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and executive stakeholders.
- Monitor project risks, forecasting, and overall delivery performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in software implementation or consulting environments.
- 3+ years managing Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
- Experience with:
- Dynamics 365 Sales
- Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Dynamics 365 Field Service
- Power Platform
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Budget management, forecasting, and resource planning experience.
Preferred:
- Experience working for a Microsoft Partner or consulting firm.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Agile certifications.
- Experience delivering multiple small-to-mid-sized CRM implementation projects.
