Description

The ideal candidate has experience in managing customer projects and service delivery in the telecommunications  and/or IT industry. This role directly interfaces with Customers and Partners, as well as AudioCodes internal Sales, Service  Delivery, Product Management, Operations, and Support teams. Seeking a candidate with a strong customer focus,  technical background in the deployment and operations of communications and IT systems, ability to manage customer  experience from pre-sales through delivery to coordinating ongoing managed services.

Requirements

Responsibilities: 

• Work with customers to create deployment project plans, scopes of work, and schedules.

• Drive customer readiness activities, set and manage customer expectations, and manage daily operational aspects of AudioCodes deployments. 

• Communicate project and service status both internally within AudioCodes and externally with customers and partners. 

• Responsible for project timelines and profitability and driving lessons learned and improvements to processes and methods. 

• Work with AudioCodes Services delivery teams to ensure positive customer experience in deploying and operating AudioCodes solutions. 


Qualifications: 

• Three to five years’ experience working with clients and managing project implementations in telecom and data communications, with an emphasis on voice applications. 

• BS/BA or equivalent. 

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 

• Strong interpersonal abilities to facilitate extensive interactions across the organization and with multiple customers. 

• Strong organizational skills, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively with high level of attention to detail. 

• Accepts responsibility, is results oriented, resourceful, self-motivated, and accountable for achieving implementation and customer satisfaction targets. 

• PMI or other project management experience and certifications are a plus.
