Looker BI Developer

Location: Colombia or Mexico – Remote

Duration: 4–6 months

Start Date: ASAP – the client would like the selected candidate to start approximately one week after identification.

Our client is a U.S.-based consumer technology company that operates a virtual fundraising platform connecting teams, schools, athletes, students, and their supporters. The company combines technology and e-commerce to support fundraising initiatives, with a strong focus on helping students and athletes access educational and athletic opportunities.

Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining Looker dashboards and Explores.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience working with Snowflake or another cloud data warehouse.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders, particularly Finance, Marketing, and/or Operations.
• Experience translating business reporting needs into standardized dashboards and reports.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills for daily collaboration with U.S.-based stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a consulting/staff augmentation environment.
• Comfortable working U.S.-overlapping hours.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data democratization or self-service BI environments.
• Background in consumer technology, e-commerce, fundraising, subscription, or B2B SaaS.
• Previous consulting or staff augmentation experience.

Important: This role is primarily focused on Looker BI development and reporting, not data engineering.
