The Data Business Analyst role is responsible for collecting over the air preproduction and production data to determine the impacts of market data, as well as present current customer trends and insights. The candidate will be responsible for developing, reporting and evaluating current campaign trends, while assisting in the development of future solutions.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Analyzing data consumption and success metrics for business reporting.
· Identifying and evaluating data from different data sources for building data models and dashboards.
· Analyzing the high data consumption areas impacting the business cost and share the results with client leadership.
· Building the financial cost model and quantifying the consumption by region and different programs to provide breakdown for financial evaluation.
· Building a financial dashboard showcasing trends of data consumption and cost expenditure to leadership for optimizing budget planning.
· Collaborate with leadership on weekly basis showcasing the program progress and weekly trends.
· Utilize agile methodology to drive discussions with the team and client for business reporting and cost model optimization.
· Provide weekly status report to leadership on the data consumption and cost expenditure along with issues encountered with the dashboards and financial modeling.
· Bachelor’s degree in , Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
· 1-3 years’ experience in analyst experience
· Strong knowledge and experienced utilizing Power BI
· Experience in managing and optimizing data lakes (databricks, Snowflake, or similar solutions)
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
· Exceptional time-management skills
