Position Summary


We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented Business Operations Manager to serve as a key member of our growing team. This individual will oversee day-to-day business operations, manage administrative functions, improve internal processes, and support strategic business growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and can effectively balance multiple priorities while ensuring the organization operates efficiently. This role will work closely with executive leadership and will play a critical role in supporting business operations, sales initiatives, financial administration, recruiting, and organizational growth.  


Key Responsibilities


Business Operations

  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business
  • Coordinate internal projects and ensure timely completion of action items
  • Manage company documentation, records, contracts, and operational systems


Executive & Administrative Support

  •  Coordinate vendor relationships and manage office administration activities
  •  Organize and maintain digital files, business records, and operational documentation   


Financial & Business Administration

  • Coordinate invoicing and billing activities with the accounting department
  • Ensure staff timesheets are submitted on time and coordinate submissions to the accounting department
  • Monitor staff timesheets daily to ensure hours are recorded daily


Human Resources & Recruiting Support

  • Coordinate recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
  • Support employee and contractor onboarding and offboarding
  • Support staff engagement initiatives and internal communications


Requirements

Minimum Qualifications


The candidate must have at least five (5) years of experience serving as an Operations Manager or in a comparable role where they were responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations, managing administrative functions, and supporting business growth initiatives.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Experience supporting executive leadership or business owners.
  • Experience implementing operational processes and workflow improvements.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and business productivity applications.
