Automation Analyst - RJ Buzios Alarm Management
Professional to act as resident Automation Analyst at the customer unit in Rio de Janeiro/RJ.
The professional needs to be able to work independently, together with customer team in the project alarm management initiative for Buzios FPSO units. Need to be able of define and implement complex systems for customers and/or prepare studies and analyzes of existing systems. Determines system specifications, input/output processes and job parameters for hardware/software compatibility. Identifies, analyzes, and corrects deficiencies in customer applications.
POSITION ACTIVITIES
• Responsible for performing offshore field services and systems engineering for process and safety systems, HMI, instrumentation, networks, etc.
• Be responsible for the maintenance of automation systems, technical documentation, software programming, testing and commissioning/start up at customers' facilities.
• Design moderate to complex architectures for new projects and analyze existing systems for intervention.
• Be responsible for the development stages of automation systems: requirements gathering, technical documentation/detailed design, software programming, factory testing and commissioning/start up at customers' facilities.
• Previous experience as an Industrial Automation Maintenance Engineer, including application of Rockwell Automation products in projects for de O&G industry (FTView SE, FT Hitorian, Asset management, Logix Plataform, PLC application development, Industrial Components, Industrial Networks among other technologies).
• Experience with commissioning and startup of industrial automation systems.
• Good Knowledge Rockwell Automation Products
• 8 years or more experience.
• CREA.
• Living in Rio de Janeiro/RJ region.
• Knowledge of industrial process including interpretation of technical documentation such as P&ID, C&E Matrix, Logical Diagram, among others.
• Knowledge of alarm management and standards such as ISA-TR18.2.2-2016, EMUA 191 and IEC 62682.
• Experience with supervisory projects, FTView, FTHistorian, Asset Management and related products and technologies.
• Availability to work offshore.
• Ability to work face to face with the customer.
• Communication skills in English– oral and written.
