Work collaboratively teams and organizations in leadership coaching, organizational transformation, and Agile Practices at the enterprise and team level
Have worked collectively in Scrum and SAFe/Less at multiple levels of engagement at the leadership level
Work as a hands-on organizational change agent working across multiple teams and organizational boundaries
Have significant hands-on experience in at least one of the roles on a Scrum Team
Have a good working knowledge of Agile and Lean values, principles, and practices
Help individuals, teams, and leadership to understand and apply Agile and Lean values, principles, and practices effectively.
Understands the difference between coaching and consulting and where to apply each
Understands the dynamics, patterns, and development of teams
Requirements
Required Skills:
Agile Certification (CSP-SM, CSP-PO, Less Certification, SPC4, SA)
Agile Coach Certification (ICP-ACC, CEC or similar)
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Related Field
3 – 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach in an IT or Software Development setting
Experience coaching teams and enterprise level individuals in an Agile environment
A thorough understanding of Agile Software Development methodologies, values, and procedures (i.e. Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe, LESS, Nexus)
Experience working with an Agile methodology on large scale, technically complex projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
Worked with JIRA, TFS, CA, Smart Sheet, AgileCraft or similar software
Desired Skills:
Experience working in a consulting firm
